Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.


Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.


Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and insights, providing valuable input to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Customer Education:
Provide information and guidance to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and additional services.


Escalation Handling:
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.


Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


Qualifications:


  • 12th Passout or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving ability and a customercentric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
