Description
We are looking for the Stores and Purchase Executive for Hospital

Experience: 4 to 7yrs

  • To perform all the activities of the stores viz. Receiving, Organizing, Inspection, storing and issuing.
  • To raise purchase order, GRN & local purchase.
  • To maintain and monitor stock to meet the requirements.
  • To receive items from suppliers/stores and verify the same for Quality, Quantity and description.
  • Follow up on payment for suppliers / vendors
  • To issue items vide authorized Material Requisition Slip (MRS) and account them (for updating Stock)
  • To receive the goods and do preliminary inspection.
  • To coordinate with Biomedical or HOD/Doctor for quality inspection on of medical equipment's received wherever needed
  • To ensure approved item are stored and issued when indent asks for.
  • To handle and return rejected materials.
  • To inform stock out item.
  • To prepare indents for regular/repetitive stores items.
  • To verify stock on hand and monitor in indents raised by users directly
  • To generate Daily/ Monthly /half early/yearly reports.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
