RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking for a strategic HRBP with good stakeholder management experience in terms of implementation and adherence to execute initiatives to help to drive a high performing organization.
- Good Experience required for coordination with Global Teams. Having excellent knowledge on organization development restructuring & change management.
- Responsible for driving HR processes with key focus on talent management for skill development, performance management, employee engagement and communication, employee connect and help in elevating employee experience.
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein.
- Provide the tools, framework and support to Business Managers on change initiatives and execute change plans locally & globally.
- Support the Talent Management process, developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be selfsufficient.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource (Preferable)
Skills
Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven experience of 8 + years in HRBP
Excellent presentation, analytical, strategic & problem-solving skills
MBA is a preferred to have for this role.
