As a Sales Executive at [Architecture Design & Construction Company], you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and proposals.

Sales Strategy Development:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growth.

Business Development:


  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:


  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.

Project Coordination:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including architects and project managers, to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Provide support during project implementation to address client needs and concerns.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Salary:
₹12, ₹28,634.87 per month
