    JobSummary

    We are seeking a dedicatedand experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations ofinterior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projectsare completed on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards. This role involves material checking supervisingcarpenters and staff client coordination project execution sitemeasurement quality checks and managing subcontractorbilling.


    RequirementsResponsibilities

    • Conductingsite material checks to ensure all necessary materials areavailable and meet qualitystandards.
    • Supervisingcarpenters and other onsite staff to ensure efficient and qualityworkmanship.
    • Coordinatingwith clients providing regular updates and ensuring theirrequirements aremet.
    • Overseeingthe execution and implementation of projects from start tofinish.
    • Performingsite measurements and quantity and quality checks to ensureadherence to plans andspecifications.
    • Verifyingand approving subcontractor billing ensuring accuracy andfairness.
    • Handlingmultiple projects simultaneously managing time and resourceseffectively.

    RequiredExperience Skills andQualifications

    • Minimum2 years of experience in an interior designfirm.
    • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or Diploma in CivilEngineering (Dip Civil)preferred.
    • Provenability to manage multiple projects efficiently andeffectively.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective client andteamcoordination.
    • Attentionto detail and a commitment toquality.
    • Abilityto read and interpret architectural drawings andspecifications.
    • Proficientin project management software andtools.
    • Validbike license for site visits; company provides petrolallowance.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
