Greeting customers, providing a warm welcome, and offering assistance throughout their shopping journey. Understanding customers' preferences and requirements to suggest suitable ethnic wear options.

Product Knowledge:

Having in-depth knowledge of the different types of men's ethnic wear available, including traditional outfits such as kurta-pajama, sherwani, dhoti-kurta, pathani suit, and other regional attire.

Being able to explain the features, fabric, and craftsmanship of each item.

Stock Management:
Ensuring that the men's ethnic wear section is adequately stocked and well-organized. Regularly replenishing merchandise and displaying it in an appealing manner to attract customers.

Fitting and Alterations:
Assisting customers in trying on the clothing items and providing guidance on alterations if required. Collaborating with tailors or alteration services to ensure the perfect fit.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Suggesting complementary items such as accessories (e.g., turbans, shoes, stoles) or ethnic grooming products to enhance the customer's look and boost sales.


Handling Transactions:
Operating the point-of-sale system to process purchases accurately and efficiently. Handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods securely.

Resolving Customer Queries and Concerns:
Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Visual Merchandising:

Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to set up attractive displays and window dressing to promote men's ethnic wear collections effectively.


Promotions and Sales Events:
Participating in sales promotions and events to attract more customers and boost sales. Informing customers about ongoing discounts, offers, and loyalty programs.

Upkeeping the Store:
Keeping the men's ethnic wear section clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Monitoring the inventory and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.

Upskilling:
Staying updated with the latest fashion trends, styles, and cultural influences in men's ethnic wear. Attending training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members, including sales associates, supervisors, and store managers, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
