Responsibilities:


  • Identifying prospective retail franchise partners and business partners that can sell all Delhivery
- products including domestic courier, international courier and freight.
  • Onboarding, training and management of franchises and business partners in the assigned AOR
  • Work with all partners to increase the overall wallet share of Delhivery in all existing accounts
  • Work with all partners to bring a new client base from retail segment and SME to the Delhivery.
  • Coordinate with core operations teams on the ground when necessary to ensure service levels
- promised to the partners are met consistently.
  • Work with the customer service teams and billing teams to resolve any issues/concerns that partners
- might have
Qualifications: At least 2 years ground sales experience in any field. Any type of franchise management- experience is a bonus.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Experience in direct sales or sales through external partners
  • Strategic in selling the strengths of the product at hand
  • Target driven and nonnegotiable ownership skills
  • Must be a skilled communicator (at least in the local language)
  • Ability to manage and grow partner relationships over a long period of time
  • Open to travel within the assigned territory
