Responsibilities:
- Identifying prospective retail franchise partners and business partners that can sell all Delhivery
- Onboarding, training and management of franchises and business partners in the assigned AOR
- Work with all partners to increase the overall wallet share of Delhivery in all existing accounts
- Work with all partners to bring a new client base from retail segment and SME to the Delhivery.
- Coordinate with core operations teams on the ground when necessary to ensure service levels
- Work with the customer service teams and billing teams to resolve any issues/concerns that partners
Qualifications: At least 2 years ground sales experience in any field. Any type of franchise management- experience is a bonus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in direct sales or sales through external partners
- Strategic in selling the strengths of the product at hand
- Target driven and nonnegotiable ownership skills
- Must be a skilled communicator (at least in the local language)
- Ability to manage and grow partner relationships over a long period of time
- Open to travel within the assigned territory
