Tenet Systems We are hiring for Voice Associate (International Process)
Shift: Night shift (5 days a week)
Work Location: 42, Naba Krishna Guin Ln, near Academy School, Serampore, West Bengal
Work Model: Work from Office


Responsibilities

  • The primary task of an associate is to handle queries from customers or clients and provide them with a solution.
  • Must be very effective in providing customer service mainly via chat process by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
  • Able to understand the
    English language completely and grasp the project work quickly.
  • Able to understand the training provided by the team manager
  • Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.
  • Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.
  • Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.
  • Must be able to do the Night Shift.

Skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Usage knowledge on Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience: 02 years (Hiring Freshers)
  • Qualification: minimum 10+
  • Preferred: eCommerce background is a plus with knowledge about
Returns, Refunds, RMAs and so on


Salary:
As per industry standard
