TBot Systems, a leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Inside Sales Representative specializing in Data Center & Disaster Recovery to join our team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their data center and disaster recovery needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

Our comprehensive range of services includes designing, implementing, and managing data center infrastructures, as well as providing disaster recovery planning and solutions.
As the Inside Sales Representative specializing in Data Center & Disaster Recovery, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads related to data center and disaster recovery solutions
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of TBot Systems' data center and disaster recovery solutions
- Nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customized solutions meet clients' specific data center and disaster recovery requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data center and disaster recovery technologies
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of TBot Systems
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, specifically in the data center and disaster recovery industry
- Strong understanding of data center and disaster recovery solutions and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into sales
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
