About the team

Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.

What you will be doing

Provides indepth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Clientcentric activities.

What you Bring:

SQL Server - Intermediate
PowerShell Scripting, VB Scripting, Batch scripting.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Functional - basic knowledge of accounting system - Rest can be taken care with EAS training.
For technical we don't require much of functional knowledge. Having EAS knowledge is add-on.

Good to have some experience with direct customers.
