Looking for Customer Service Executive - Coimbatore, India - DTech Information Technology and Outsourcing Private Limited.

Description

2+ years' experience in the freight forwarding industry, air/sea export experience preferred.

• Exceptional customer service or pricing skills.
• Excellent language & command of English
• Detailoriented and strong followup skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
• Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
• Ensure accurate and updated customer profiles.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
