Job Description:


As a Sales Executive at Shubham Group of Companies, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving targets through proactive engagement with potential clients and customers.

Your primary objective will be to promote our products and services, build strong relationships, and generate business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and events to showcase company products and services.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel if necessary.
6 days Working : Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10-6 pm
