Responsibilities:

Understanding Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and specific job requirements within the IT domain.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other factors affecting the IT job market.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter
- Familiarity with IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
- Strong understanding of the endtoend recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a keen eye for talent.
Pay:
₹487, ₹831,421.11 per year
