Short Description
The Expert Engineer Simulation/Analysis is responsible for the execution of his related area analysis and simulation tasks i.e. CFD/MBS/THD/Acoustics etc done within engine projects and other engine/system/component concepts as per approved model strategy or to improve existing products. The focus is on ensuring results by developing and technically guiding fellow engineers and to follow established relevant processes and methodologies that enable delivering of high quality and accurate real life results. He is responsible to integrate design and development and manufacturing input into the CAE models and to constantly upgrade correctness of such models based on actual data. By his indepth knowledge of engine and its simulation processes and awareness of industry best practice, he shall also support his skill team lead and HOS in executing development projects and building strong engine simulation team.
Key Responsibilities
Provides engine simulation related technical solutions ,Implementation of core analytical and proven simulation techniques to release a well proved engine design
Guidance in all technical issues and ensure know how enhancement to his team in his expert related area
Ensure in time completion of all related simulation tasks as per schedule Effective test planning and monitoring the progress of the project Collaborate/integrate with all related sections and functions
Provides innovations and new technologies, ensures commonality compliant to HMCL strategy
Escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of results and targets
Effective communication with senior management team for timely future decisions
