Network Operations Control

The Network Operations department helps us run a safe, reliable airline, and includes careers in aircraft routing and dispatching, crew scheduling, air traffic control and more.

Job overview and responsibilities

Work with SME (Subject Matter Experts) to develop precise effective training material
Create CBT content, both graphics and audio, into template for implementation
Produce a training script based on reasearch, communication, documentation, and understanding of the training material

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience with instructional design, educational technology or related field
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology with adult learning
Web Development experience specifically for eLearning delivery
Demonstrates knowledge of the learning design cycle (ADDIE or SAM)
Possess Instructional System Design experience and design and apprpriate ISD model for Network Operations
Strong working knowledge of eLearning development tools preferred(i.e. Articulate Storyline II, Camtasia, Audacity, and ProTools etc.) and at least one Learning Management System
Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated skill in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and training program evaluation and administration
Leadership Development curriculum design and development
Knowledge of Best Practices in leadership learning and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Point
Must know how to use the following programs:
Adobe Master Collection CS6 (specifically): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Flash Professional

Articulate 360 Programs
Strong problemsolving skills, which include the ability to research issues to make an informed decisions
Excellent time management, decisionmaking and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal are required
High attention to detail
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

Masters Degree
3+ years of experience designing and developing engaging and effective adult learning programs preferred
Public Sector and Independent Consulting experience, a plus
