Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing:

Generate accurate and timely invoices for sales transactions.
Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing.

Order Processing:

Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for invoicing.
Ensure timely processing of customer orders and maintain order records.

Payment Processing:

Monitor and track customer payments.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Customer Communication:

Address customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Documentation:

Maintain organized and up-to-date billing documentation.
Prepare reports on billing activities as required.

Compliance:

Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 0-6 months of experience in billing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with FMCG industry billing practices.
