Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Faculty to develop strong 3D concepts/ Animations and proactive character design solutions that dial up to Vikramas Edutech Brand Ethos and Visual Identity.
Create Mascots and other fun characters with great animations that our user can interact and connect with.
Work with Design team to produce 3D/Animations that adhere to project needs.
The creation of Vikramas Edutech 3D/Animation key assets (Design System)
Creation of 3D/Animation resource packages for various platforms.
Hire and develop 3D designer(s) and grow the team as and when the need arises.

Requirements:

Able to work in After Effects/Maya/Rhino/Premiere/Z-brush/Keyshot/3D experience is a plus.

Interest/passion for ed-tech/tech is a plus.

Able to communicate in English actively both written and spoken

Experience in working with K12 & competitive examination domain will be an added advantage
23 years of responsible for creating character/animations. Solid experience in expressions is very crucial for this role.
Should have worked in prominent Learning/eLearning development companies or their projects.
Must be able to prioritise and jump from task to task while coordinating with those around you.
Expert knowledge of 3D/Animations softwares.
A strong understanding of anatomy and dynamic posing.
Great at brainstorming, taking direction, collaborating and being part of a team.
Experience telling stories through dynamic and dramatic keyframe illustrations.
Experience communicating storytelling/blue sky ideas through image sequences, rough sketches, or models.
Ability to explore multiple art directions.
Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to develop ideas to a high level of finish.
A positive attitude and solid oral communication skills.
Adheres to internal and external standards.
Portfolio review will be part of the interview.
