Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure all incidents and defects (problems) are accurately recorded and timely updated as per the Incident Management Matrix and SLA.
  • Maintain and support the integrity of systems/services within the remit by fully investigating all incidents and resolving them in a timely fashion, adhering to IT Service Management principles (ITIL). Ensure all incidents and defects (problems) are accurately recorded and timely updated as per the Incident Management Matrix and SLA.
  • Interact with customer & support team at Onsite.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in production support is must
  • Experience in handling L1/L2 Ticket
  • Should have handson with Java/Spring Boot
  • Should have handson with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Hands on experience with Scripting
  • Linux Shell
  • Should be willing to work in both Production support & Development.
  • Ready to work in shifts.
  • Debug production issues and bug fixes
  • Excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Should have knowledge of ETL Informatica
