**Job Title

Executive Inside Sales & Market Research**We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales & Market Research Executive to join our dynamic sales & marketing team. As an Executive in the sales and marketing team, you will be required to generate leads and do market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and analyze sales data.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting proposals, and following up with clients.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive market research reports.
Conduct thorough analysis of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure reports meet quality standards.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
Gather information on target companies, including financial performance, market positioning, and strategic initiatives.
Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather relevant data.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in Inside Sales & Market Research.
Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator & CRM is must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Eager to learn and develop sales skills through handson training and mentorship.
Goaloriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges and overcome obstacles.
