ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To manage the company's reputation and reinforcing trust among customers

*To do a complete medical checkup as per category before starting a treatement to ensure proper results

To be responsible for rendering Dermat and Laser services as per standard operating procedures

*To accurately diagnosis cosmetic problems & resolve the same

*To ensure all programmes are executed within their respective validity periods

*To counsel clients not achieving planned results in coordination with category heads and provide support to team members so that the clients goals are achieved

*To ensure correct guidance is provided on skin care & soft cell appropriate Dermat & laser packages

*To promote maintenance packages for clients who have already completed stipulated no of sessions for Dermat procedures

*To ensure safe handling and upkeep of all electrical electronic equipment in the Dermat section

*To ensure to disinfect and sterilize the tools and equipments after every session and ensure general upkeep of the work area

*To attend training programmes as nominated and ensure implementation of learnings & cascade the same to team members

*To assist the centre to organize events and to participate in indoor events to maximize sales

*To offer cross selling and recommend other treatments for skin and beauty at nomowellness

*To ensure health & safety requirements of customers are met within the services and comply with Health and Safety Legislation
