    On behalf of our valued client, a pioneering product engineering consultancy with a rich history of bolstering offshore development for US startups and multinational corporations, we are excited to announce the opening for a Senior Full-Stack Web Application Engineer specializing in the MERN stack.

    This role presents a unique opportunity to join a nascent product development team dedicated to crafting next-generation technologies for an expansive range of applications.


    Role Insight:

    Our client seeks a dynamic, self-starting, and highly skilled Senior Web Application Engineer with expert proficiency in React/Redux and exemplary troubleshooting capabilities.

    This position is ideal for individuals with a background in a fast-paced startup environment or a product engineering service company, where they have played a crucial role in developing and overseeing high-performance real-time systems.

    The successful candidate will exhibit a profound passion for precision in engineering, be exceptionally motivated and organized, capable of working cohesively within a team, and able to operate independently with minimal oversight.


    Core Responsibilities:

    • Architect and develop sophisticated web applications.
    • Uphold code quality and adhere to high development standards.
    • Design and implement a new UI component library.
    • Engage in the design and UX ideation process to enhance user workflows.
    • Conduct robust unit testing across various scenarios for reliability and usability.
    • Oversee release processes for internal stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure for internal use.
    • Collaborate closely with the product team to break down business requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
    • Partner with fellow engineers to devise, develop, and test new features.

    Qualifications for Success:

    • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience as a web application engineer proficient in JavaScript and the MERN stack.
    • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience with
    • Deep understanding of websockets and observablebased programming.
    • Over 4 years of experience with React, Redux, TypeScript.
    • Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
    • Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra is a plus.
    • Strong foundation in HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS/Bootstrap/Material Design.
    • Expertise in RESTful architecture and networking.
    • Experience with CI/CD infrastructure and build tools like Webpack or Rollup.
    • Exceptional analytical and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) and additional JavaScript frameworks is beneficial.
