Broadway Megaaplex is a state-of the art multiplex and mall in Coimbatore.
A front office executive is a crucial member of the administrative staff. They are the first point of contact in the office and provide administrative support to the entire organization.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
  • Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for Visitors and customers.
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
  • Greeting and welcoming Visitors, customers courteously and professionally.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.
  • Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
  • Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Fluency in Tamil ,English, and at least one other regional language.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in a similar job or other customerfacing roles.
  • Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment with multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).

₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
