We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join our company.As a sales executive, you will be responsible for generating business leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing real state sales deals.
Collaborate with our team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and resolve the issues.Job Functions Area:
Construction/ Real Estate
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana, India
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- 35 years' quota carrying sales experience preferably in Construction/ Real Estate.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
- According to company standards.
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
