We are searching for an engaged Customer Services Representative to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.

  • Customer Support Representative**
    Min Experience 1 years
  • Answering/Calling phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Requirements:


  • High school / Graduation requirement.
  • Min 1 years of experience as a telecaller or similar.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs in a Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to switch communication styles.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
