Description

We are looking for a witty personality with excellent communication skills with correct delivery of words and products in order to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests with empathy and patience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel logistics, such as transportation and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, reservations, and payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with a focus on finding effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Responsible for addressing any postsales customer queries.
  • Ensuring that all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Be up to date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety guidelines to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to learn about a variety of products (travel packages and destinations)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with grace.

Salary:
₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
