    Frontend Lead and Architect

    Summary :


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Lead and Architect with 12-14 years of expertise to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for making key architecture decisions in collaboration with the technical architect, driving continuous improvements, and providing leadership in various aspects of frontend development.

    Your role will encompass overseeing production support, designing estimation approaches, leading bug fixing efforts, conducting analysis, addressing adhoc requirements, and facilitating functional reviews.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Architecture Leadership :

    • Collaborate with the technical architect to make key frontend architecture decisions.
    • Drive architectural discussions and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

    Continuous Improvements :

    • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in frontend development processes and practices.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance code quality, performance, and maintainability.

    Production Support :

    • Oversee and actively contribute to production support activities for frontend components.
    • Ensure timely resolution of issues and work to prevent recurring problems.

    Estimation Approach Design :

    • Design and implement effective estimation approaches for frontend development efforts.
    • Collaborate with project managers and teams to provide accurate and reliable estimates.

    Bug Fixing and Analysis :

    • Lead bugfixing efforts, analyzing and addressing issues in a systematic manner.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent similar issues in the future.

    Adhoc Requirements :

    • Handle adhoc frontend development requirements efficiently and with a focus on meeting project timelines.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address unplanned development needs.

    Functional Reviews :

    • Conduct functional reviews of frontend components, ensuring alignment with requirements.
    • Provide constructive feedback to ensure the delivery of highquality software.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    years of experience in frontend development with a focus on architecture and leadership.

    • Proven experience in making key architectural decisions and driving continuous improvements.

    Skills and Experience :

    • Expertise in frontend technologies such as REACT NATIVE, Android, CSS, JavaScript, and modern
    frontend frameworks (e.g., React Native, Angular, Vue).

    • Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and best practices.
    • Experience in designing and implementing estimation approaches for frontend projects.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effective leadership and communication skills.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience in a similar lead or architect role on complex projects.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
