    Description

    The Opportunity :
    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing team.

    You will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our consumer-facing website and web applications, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle for the front-end.

    This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, innovate on user experiences, and build high-quality, scalable web applications.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development and execution of frontend strategy for our consumerfacing website and web applications.
    • Design and build clean, efficient, and reusable frontend components and systems with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
    • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend developers to translate user stories into actionable tasks and ensure seamless integration across the development stack.
    • Drive the creation of engaging and usercentric web experiences that delight our customers.
    • Conduct code reviews and participate in design reviews to ensure the quality, consistency, and maintainability of the codeba se.
    • Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development by sharing best practices and providing guidance.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest frontend technologies and trends, and explore innovative solutions to enhance user experience.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 25 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong track record of building and leading frontend development projects.
    • Indepth expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less).
    • Solid understanding of React and experience with building complex React applications.
    • Familiarity with browser internals and a basic grasp of the network stack.
    • Working knowledge of common frontend design patterns and best practices.
    • Basic understanding of application security principles and deployment techniques for frontend projects.
    • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and objectoriented programming concepts.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
