Description
Provide accurate information on products or services to customers- Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Process orders, returns and exchanges
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
