    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    SAP SD Expertise :

    • Utilize analytical skills to understand business requirements and provide consulting services for SAP SD solutions.
    • Configure and customize SAP SD modules according to business needs.
    • Provide expertise in sales processes and workflows within SAP SD.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations and customizations.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
    • Provide training and support to endusers on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
    • Experience with SAP implementation projects is a plus.

    EDI Implementation & Integration :

    • Design, implement, and maintain EDI processes using IBM Sterling Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
    • Configure and optimize the IBM Sterling Integrator and Sterling File Gateway to meet business requirements efficiently.
    • Configure data mapping and translation between internal SAP data and EDI standards using tools within IBM Sterling Integrator.

    Trading Partner Management :

    • Manage trading partner relationships, including onboarding new partners, setting up EDI communication channels, and resolving any issues related to EDI transactions.

    Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

    • Monitor EDI transactions, investigate and resolve any errors or discrepancies, and ensure the smooth flow of data between internal systems and external partners.
    • Maintain compliance with EDI standards and industry regulations, staying updated with changes and updates as necessary.

    Documentation & Training :

    • Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes, configurations, and standards.
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on EDIrelated topics.

    Collaboration :

    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including IT, supply chain, and business operations to understand requirements and implement effective EDI solutions.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    years of experience as an SAP SD Technical Consultant.

    • Strong analytical, consulting, and technical support skills.
    • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP SD modules.
    • Indepth knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience with SAP implementation projects is a plus.

    EDI Skills :

    • Proven experience working with IBM Sterling Integrator and Sterling File Gateway in an EDI environment.
    • Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
    • Experience in mapping and translation of EDI documents using mapping tools within IBM Sterling Integrator.
    Proficiency in scripting languages such as Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, or Python is a plus.


    Additional Skills :

    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot EDI issues effectively.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and EDI VANs (Value-Added Networks) is desirable.
