We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing agency as a Client Servicing Manager.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our designing team, fostering creative collaboration, and managing a dedicated team of five professionals.

Responsibilities:


Client Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure effective communication.


Creative Thought Leadership:
Bring innovative and creative ideas to the table for client projects.
Collaborate with the designing team to develop strategies that align with client goals.


Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of five professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.


Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.


Client Satisfaction:
Proactively address client concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Strive for long-term client relationships through exceptional service.


Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Present ideas and project updates clearly to clients and internal teams.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing within a marketing agency.
• Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
