Indepth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Roles and Responsibilities:

Calling/answering Phone and explaining the product and services offered by the company
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
Asking question to customer and understanding their requirements
Work experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Sales Department
