Roles and Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create stunning visuals and graphics for various marketing materials, including banners, posters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Design eyecaching logos, icons, and other brand assets.
  • UI Design:
  • Develop userfriendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Branding:
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials adhere to them.
  • Typography and Layout:
  • Master the art of typography and layout design to create visually engaging content.
  • Color Theory & Psychology:
  • Utilize color theory to evoke the desired emotions and responses in design projects.
  • Communication and Presentation:
  • Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and strategies to both team members and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
  • Positive Attitude:
  • Embrace constructive criticism and continuously strive for improvement in your work.
  • Time Management:
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
  • Sketching/Doodling:
  • Use sketching and doodling to brainstorm ideas and concepts before diving into digital design.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI design, and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and composition.
  • Experience with both print and digital design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
