Open Position:
Business Development Executive/ Bidder / BDE


Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including Upwork
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Resultsdriven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
