Open Position:
Business Development Executive/ Bidder / BDE
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including Upwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
- Resultsdriven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
