Follow a structured calling approach to engage customers and generate leads.
Identify customer needs and determine their interest level in our offerings.
Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or close sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving calling scripts and sales strategies.
