Description
1-5 years experience require.- Receive customer vehicle for bodyshop & accident repair jobs and raise repair order on internal system.
- Provide detail explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and take approval from customers.
- Follow up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, update customers regularly on progress and ensure delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe.
- Operate DMS for job card open, generate tax invoice, make estimate, etc.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
