Description
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive prices.
- Create and promote property listings through marketing channels.
- Arrange and host property showings for potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to secure deals.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of real estate contracts and paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry practices.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
