    Job Description :


    We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 3 to 6 years of solid background to come aboard our vibrant team.

    The perfect fit for this position should possess an in-depth knowledge of systems administration, cloud technologies, and software development, coupled with a keen interest in streamlining and enhancing systems and processes.

    Joining us as an SRE, you'll collaborate closely with diverse teams to devise, construct, and uphold dependable, scalable, and resilient infrastructure and applications.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration :

    • Devise, execute, and manage automated infrastructure setup and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
    • Manage deployments, updates, and scaling of systems and services through container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.

    Monitoring and Alerting :

    • Deploy monitoring solutions to oversee the well-being, performance, and accessibility of systems, applications, and services.
    • Set up alerting systems to proactively detect and address issues before they affect end users.

    Incident Response and Troubleshooting :

    • Address and resolve incidents, downtime, and performance dips promptly, leveraging troubleshooting strategies and teamwork.
    • Conduct thorough post-incident assessments and root cause analyses to pinpoint underlying issues and prevent recurrence.

    Performance Optimization and Capacity Planning :

    • Scrutinize system performance indicators and pinpoint areas for enhancement and efficiency gains.
    • Plan capacities to foresee future expansions and adjust infrastructure and resources accordingly.

    Security and Compliance :

    • Enforce top-notch security practices and benchmarks to safeguard systems and data from security risks and loopholes.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory mandates and industry specifications (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Spot opportunities for process enhancement and automation, and introduce remedies to streamline operations and cut down manual labor.
    • Spearhead projects to enhance system reliability, accessibility, and performance via automation and optimization.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Brings in 3 to 6 years of expertise in systems administration, software development, or similar roles.
    • Proficient in scripting and coding languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
    • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
    • Strong grasp of networking principles, security protocols, and best practices.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for untangling intricate issues in dispersed systems.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, equipped to function efficiently in a cross-functional team atmosphere.
