CLINICIAN ONBOARDER - NON-IT RECRUITER


Qualifications:


Required:

  • 02 years of Recruiting and/or Onboarding experience with proven ability to persuade potential
applicants to join an organization

  • Interpersonal skills excellent customer service and extremely communicative
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Process oriented ability to identify gaps in process and implement more efficient processes
  • Tech Savvy ability to learn new systems including Backoffice Support Software, Teams
  • Outstanding organizational skills ability to multitask and solve problems

Desired:

  • Experience with healthcare: either: public health, home care, home health care, or hospital
background

  • Customer Service
  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
