Description
The Relationship Officer Sales/Business development will be responsible for

  • Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), creating suitable offers and signup of new merchants to increase the subscriber base and maintain a healthy flow of business
  • Registration and onboarding of new merchants, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and compete online registration process
  • Responsible for being a point of contact for servicing requirements and service fulfilment for new and existing merchants during and after the onboarding stage.
  • Completing the restaurant setup on QRkey systems and handover to merchants.
  • Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hasslefree and convenient.
  • Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the brand
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
  • Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients
  • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/followups

Salary:
₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
