Description
The Reservation Executive should handle requests from in house Sales Team and travel agents via phone or other platforms.

  • Should make sure booking information is input correctly into the system.
  • Needs to maintain and update room vacancies for the sales team.
  • Should support meet monthly revenue/ Sales targets. This is being done by coming up with promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue.
  • Must also make reservations for other services as requested.
  • Must follow all the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Must comply with quality assurance and standards.
  • Should maintain confidentiality of client information and contracted rates with all hotels associated with the company.
  • Must fluently English

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
