    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including application onboarding, workflow design, plugin development, policy creation, and report implementation.
    • Utilize extensive experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ to design and implement robust identity governance solutions.
    • Develop custom plugins and integrations to extend the functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ as per business requirements.
    • Design and implement efficient workflows for user provisioning, access requests, and certification campaigns.
    • Provide expertise in bug fixing and debugging within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of Java programming principles to enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and customizations.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in identity governance and access management.
    • Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint IdentityIQ, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a focus on application onboarding, workflow design, plugin development, policy creation, and report implementation.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming language, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot custom code within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    • Proven track record of successful bug fixing and debugging within SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
    • Excellent understanding of identity governance concepts and access management principles.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (SCIIE) are highly desirable.
    • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
