We are looking for Soft Skill trainer 0-2 yrs exp for our esteemed client in Bangalore location.

Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments
Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed
Coordinating with other members of the organization's training department to develop and deliver training programs
Providing individualized instruction to employees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills in order to perform their jobs more effectively
Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts
