The work would entail growth and learning opportunities in the following domain:

Polished communication skills: An understanding and practical exposure to how to interact with key stakeholders including business owners, auditors, and CFOs about day-to-day requirements, communicate requirements to the team and address queries proactively.
Problemsolving abilities: Proficiency in consulting with international SMEs, understanding their requirements and accordingly reaching a solution within the given timeframe.
Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and concepts: Finalisation and report preparation on a regular and periodical basis along with the opportunity to be skilled in taxes, management accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and related concepts.
Proactive behaviour and ability to take ownership of projects: Gain the confidence to take initiative and actively manage the project as per defined timelines.
Timeliness: To confidently carry out tasks within a given timeframe and can take responsibility towards ensuring accuracy and completeness of team deliverables.

Stipend:

7.5k in the first year

10k in the third year

12.5k in the third year.
