    Job Summary:

    As a QualityAnalyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the higheststandards of quality and

    performance across ourproducts/services. You will be responsible for analyzing evaluatingand

    monitoring variousprocesses to identify areas for improvement ensuring that ourdeliverables meet

    theestablished quality benchmarks. Your attention to detail analyticalmindset and strong

    communication skillswill be key in providing valuable insights to enhance ouroperational efficiency

    and customersatisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    Performcomprehensive quality assessments on products services andoperational

    processesto identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

    Monitor andevaluate the performance of customer interactions including callschats and

    emails toensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with companypolicies.

    Develop andimplement quality control measures standard operating procedures(SOPs)

    and bestpractices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand quality requirements identifyroot

    causes of issuesand implement corrective and preventive actions.

    Conduct regularaudits to verify compliance with industry regulations internalpolicies and

    externalstandards.

    Generatedetailed reports and present findings to management highlightingtrends areas of

    improvement andpotential risks.

    Provide timelyfeedback and coaching to team members to promote continuous

    improvement and ensurea consistent level of quality in service delivery.

    Work closelywith the training department to design and deliver qualityfocusedtraining

    programs foremployees to maintain highquality performance.

    Participate incalibration sessions with other quality team members to ensureconsistency in

    evaluationmethodologies.

    Stay updatedwith industry trends quality standards and best practices toincorporate

    innovativeapproaches into the quality assurance process.

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degreein relevant field or equivalent work experience.

    Provenexperience as a Quality Analyst Quality Assurance Specialist orsimilar role Strong

    understanding ofquality assurance methodologies processes and tools.

    Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail.

    Familiarity withquality management systems and process improvement techniques.

    Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Proficient inusing quality monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Demonstratedability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    Strongorganizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Should beminimum Graduate.

    Candidate can befrom any company.

    Max age for thisprofile is 35.
