    Description
    Weare looking for a Quality Analyst Executive to ensure quality& consistency across all verticals in the Sales Team.Candidates should have excellent communication as well asinterpersonal skills in order to improve the quality of allOutreach efforts in Sales.

    Responsibilitiesand Duties:
    • Auditcalls chats virtual video sessions & Sales processes as perthe process requirements and provide constructive feedback on areasof improvement and strength.
    • Helpthe new hires and weak performers speed up the learning curve.
    • Participatesin the design of call monitoring formats and qualitystandards.
    • Recommendimplement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensurequality standards areachieved.
    • Preparesand analyzes internal and external quality reports for managementstaff review and also maintain and publishDesign and create weekly & monthly quality reports andscorecards for every sales representative.
    • Provideaction plans for those that fall belowexpectations.
    • Conductcalibration sessions to ensure that all key stakeholders arecalibrated on what constitutes a qualitycall.
    • Unearthroot cause of problems possible solutions and provide actionableinsight for performanceimprovements.
    • Conductrefresher training for weak performers.
    • Keepa track of good calls / bad calls for training and callcalibrations.


    Requirements

    ExpectedKPI /Deliverables:
    • Conductdaily call audit of at least 20 calls capture evaluation of callson the requiredformat
    • Spend3 hours a day across teams and give spot feedback on calls to theSales Agent/Team
    • Increasequality score and sales conversionrate
    • PresentMonthly Quarterly and Yearly Assessments of the Team s performance.
    ExperienceandQualifications:
    • Experience:Minimum 1 year in quality 2 year issales
    • Abachelor s / master sdegree
    • Experiencein quality inspection andauditing
    • Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
    • Experiencewith sales quality and quality is amust.
    • Strongexcel skills.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Meticulousattention todetail.
