Description

Job purpose & Scope
To achieve top-line sales and improve brand share in allocated sales area.

To improve Width of Distribution (WOD) & Depth of Distribution (DOD) to enhance business through networking and implementation of HO sales strategies.


Major Areas of Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning and Market Development through allotted Distribution/HORECA segment


  • Brandwise sales Performance

  • Evaluation and control
  • Coordination with supplychain & Warehouse.
  • Top-Line sales tracking and control, Inventory control, market shares and tracking of industry opportunities
  • Competition analysis, product positioning and communication coordination

1. Sales Budgeting

  • Evaluate the financial aspects of business, like sales budget, sales forecasting, cost control, scheme formatting with Distributor, Promotional cost.
  • Preparing sales plan for each retailer.
  • Develop pricing & schemes to achieve company objectives.
  • Devising strategies on allotted sales targets to inspire distributors and dealers to achieve their sales targets.

2. Reporting and maintaining Sales Reports

  • Observe daily sales plan as per the PJP (permanent journey plan).
  • Maintain sales targets V/s achievement retailerwise as per the WOD plan
  • Preparing weekly sales status report to branchhead.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Observe & report to the branch head on competitive brand trend study, competitor pricing analysis, collate market feedback on schemes and new products/promotions.

4. Brand & Promotion (BTL)

  • Constant interaction with the retailers to get brand space on counters.
  • Regular installation of POP materials provided by Company like Danglers, Buntings, Banners, Posters and Glosign boards.

Person Specifications

Essential Qualification:
Any Graduate


Desired Qualification:
Post Graduate in Marketing

Experience: 1-3 Years


Industry Preference:
AlcoBev, FMCG, HORECA


Salary:
₹300, ₹540,000.00 per year
