What you'll be doing
:

Responsibilities:

TDM assessment and collaborate with stakeholders to define TDM Requirements and Strategy
-
Strong experience in establishing TDM framework at an enterprise level
-
Strong experience in installation and implementation of TDM tool (K2 view preferred) across enterprise
-
Good understanding of different data models and database architecture
-
Design and conduct complex analysis to: identify & remediate data quality or integrity issues, identify & remediate process or control gaps
-
Have strong understanding and experience of the Testing life cycles and test processes in the Agile world for both Manual and Automation

You'll need to have:

8+ years of relevant experience using TDM Tools
Installation, configuration, development and troubleshooting TDM tools
Strong knowledge in implementing TDM capabilities (Data profiling, Masking, Synthetic Data Generation) across testing life cycles
Experience in Operationalising data pipelines from requests intake, processing, reserving, delivery and restoration of data
Ability to Integrate data provisioning solutions with Automation, CI/CD, Data Pipelines
Experience working with data sources across On Prem & Cloud
Prior Testing Experience understand complete requirements and criticality of Test Data better.
Experience in developing methods and processes for synthetic test data generationCapability to ensure solutions are secured, scalable, resilient and bring agility into TDM process
Experience in analyzing, assessing, and controlling test data and data system to ensure quality & compliance standards are met
Ability to participate in cross functional groups to define TDM process and governance strategy
Ability to provide input for communication routines with stakeholders and program leads
Motivation and willingness to take on challenging work and see through completion.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A Master's degree.
Experience in cloud, containers, kubernetes and CI/CD
Knowledge in the areas of data protection and data security
Experience in ETL Tools
Understanding of telecom domain, enterprise technology stack and related TDM practices
Experience in K2 View Test Data Management Tool & implementation

Where you'll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
