    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai.

    The primary focus of this role is to leverage the latest social media platforms and marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and increase footfall to our retail stores.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing, particularly within successful e-commerce companies or agencies supporting e-commerce businesses.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
    Create compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written copy, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
    Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features across social media platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and retail operations, to align social media efforts with business objectives and promotions.

    Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
    Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community.
    Stay informed about competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and challenges.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on driving results for e-commerce companies or agencies supporting e-commerce businesses.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive organic traffic and engagement.
    In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
