We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an 'Executive: Community Partnership.' In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with online communities across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, etc.

Your primary objective will be to expand the reach of our product, Qureka Lite, by connecting with community owners and initiating collaborations to increase our Mweb business.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify and analyze potential communities with high engagement relevant to our target audience.
Pitch and negotiate business collaborations with community owners to promote Qureka Lite within their communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community owners to ensure ongoing partnerships and maximize business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide necessary support and resources for community outreach initiatives.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community engagement to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least one year in community management, business development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for community growth and supporting business development.
