Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand their business goals and needs, and serve as their trusted advisor.

Account Strategy: Create and execute strategic account plans for each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and success metrics.

Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, and guide clients in utilizing them to their fullest potential.

Customer Advocacy: Identify opportunities for clients to act as references, case studies, or participate in marketing initiatives.

Retention and Growth: Proactively work to retain clients and expand their usage of our solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, working closely with internal teams to ensure resolution.

Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and insights. Use this information to drive client success and improve their experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-focused approach.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Fashionforward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.
  • Customercentric attitude, empathy, and problemsolving abilities
